STRIVE
Next Step STRIVE is a FREE tutoring and mentorship program for Boston area teens, ages 13-18, with a chronic illness. This program will be hosted in-person and online this Fall.
Get one-on-one help with your homework from local college students, make new friends, learn from young adults living with a chronic illness, and get support from a community of peers who “get it”.

2024 Next Step Spring Campference for Young Adults Living With Sickle Cell
Next Step is hosting their annual Spring Campference for young adults living with sickle cell disease from Friday, April 5th to Sunday, April 7th at the Le Meridien Hotel in Cambridge, MA. This FREE Next Step Campference is open to young people, ages 18-29.
Part camp, part conference, our 3-day Spring Campference fosters friendships and community with peers who “get it.” At a Next Step Campference, you can:
Engage in educational workshops
Recharge with new friends
Join the music and art mayhem
Create fun, life-changing moments
Empower yourself with information and resources
